Violation of the Hazard Communications OSHA standard is the most commonly cited standard, primarily for lack of a written HAZCOM program and providing HAZCOM training to all employees. This program is designed to provide the most updated information about HAZCOM and perhaps identify some of the areas where more work needs to be accomplished. In 2010, OSHA has considered updating and improving HAZCOM compliance. This training program will help meet the new requirements as well as currently enforced regulations.
